wine education to cellar planning and management. Written educational
and planning materials specifically designed for the client(s)
based on an assessment of the their preferences and needs are
supplied with this service. Specific recommendations for wine
collecting and wine cellar selections based on this assessment
are also available.
Group
Consultations: 3-25 guests
Wine
consultant plans and attends your private in home or office wine
tasting event. The wine consultant is available to answer guests’
questions about wine in a causal relaxed format. Wine menu is
planned by wine consultant for the event based on client’s
theme.
Wine
Classes: 25 or more guests
Classes
ranging from Introduction to Wine to region and vintage specific
topics in a formal structured classroom setting. Guests are seated
at place settings consisting of a glass for each wine served and
teaching materials for a formal elegant presentation.

Cellar Design and Management: Help you start or manage
your wine cellar or collection as part of your private wine consultation
services.
